Privacy for Wed Story
A wedding is about as private as it gets, so Wed Story keeps everything on the iPad and sends none of it anywhere.

Everything stays on the iPad
Wedding projects, imported photos and videos, and every guest message are stored locally in the app's private container on the iPad. The wedding experience works offline after setup, there is no account, and Wed Story never uploads the couple's media or the guests' messages to a server. There is no Shotgames server.
Photos, videos, and originals
When you import from Apple Photos or Files, Wed Story copies the media into the project so it is available at the venue with no internet. It does not change or delete the originals in Apple Photos or Files.
The guestbook, camera, and microphone
Guests can leave a written note or record a video message. The camera and microphone are used only at the moment a guest chooses to record, and the result is saved into the local project for the couple. Guest messages are private to the couple and the organisers; nothing is posted anywhere public.
Protecting the day
An optional organiser PIN protects the editing tools, and a privacy cover hides content if the app is interrupted or moved to the background. Wedding Mode shows guests only the features you enabled and gives them no way into the organiser tools.
Moving a wedding between iPads
Exporting a wedding as a .wedstory file and sharing it by AirDrop, Files, or
external storage is something the organiser starts and controls through the standard iPad
share sheet. There is no cloud sync and no online collaboration; transfer is manual and stays
on your own devices.
No ads, no tracking
There are no advertisements and no analytics or tracking of any kind. Wed Story is coming to the App Store; if you install it there, Apple handles the download and any purchase under the Apple Privacy Policy and may share aggregate, anonymous statistics with me as a developer, separate from the app.
Children
Wed Story collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
